This role involves assisting engineers and researchers with prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and documentation. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of electronics and lab safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Hardware board bring-up and first level testing. Assist with assembling and testing electronic circuits and hardware prototypes. Maintain lab inventory and ensure tools, components, and equipment are in working order. Support setup and operation of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeter, signal generators, and power supplies. Perform basic soldering and rework of circuit boards (SMT and through-hole). Organize and manage documentation related to test procedures, results, and hardware revisions. Ensure the lab adheres to ESD and safety standards at all times. Help with debugging and troubleshooting hardware under engineer supervision. Maintain orderliness of the R&D lab. Knowledge of 5S.
